Our Cottage Rentals Policies
Reservations:
- If reserving more than one month in advance, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If reserving less than one month in advance of arrival date, payment in full is required on the day of booking.
Deposit & Final Payment:
- Non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking (i.e. deposit non-refundable/Balance of payment non-refundable).
- To cover please ensure that you purchase cancellation insurance.
Payment Options:
- Personal check, money order, and VISA or Mastercard (No Postdated checks will be accepted).
Refund Policy:
- While we realize that life changes, once the deposit and final payment has been received it is non-refundable.
- We will do all possible to resale your vacation time with us.
