As a Canadian business operating a website, Debbie Bath and SeaCliff Cottage Suites,  are required to inform all users of this website and our services of the legal requirements that are provided to you.  These policies are effective as of October 25, 2025 and may be altered, changed or updated without any advanced notification to our website visitors.

Our Cottage Rental Policies

  • If reserving more than one month in advance, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If reserving less than one month in advance of arrival date, payment in full is required on the day of booking.
  • Non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking (i.e. deposit non-refundable/Balance of payment non-refundable).
  • To cover please ensure that you purchase cancellation insurance.
  • Personal check, money order, and VISA or Mastercard (No Postdated checks will be accepted).
  • While we realize that life changes, once the deposit and final payment has been received it is non-refundable.
  • We will do all possible to resale your vacation time with us.
